1K a year Armstrong Family Dentistry's growing dental practice is in need of a Financial Coordinator.
In order to keep up with our growth we will be adding a new member to our team.
Financial Coordinator communicates with insurance companies, insured patients, and other team members in the dental office to insure correct insurance information is provided and verified in a timely manner.
This position is responsible for verifying insured patients information is current, an ensuring the details of the dental benefits are properly entered into our system in order to help provide patient with accurate financial estimates for their treatment.
Applicant must have the ability to multitask, understand insurance EOB's, review patient accounts, post insurance and patient payments, correct billings errors, prepare electronically transmitted claims daily, send statements, and process daily and monthly reports.
Duties include but not limited to:
answering multi-line phone, back-up front desk, refer patient's in a timely manner for treatment needed in another office.
The position is full time 4 days a week Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays.
Salary based on experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
