Job Description:
WZ Fultz Multi-Family is a wood framing company.
Specializing in framing multifamily, student housing, assisted living, and motels/hotels throughout the Southeast United States.
We are seeking a designer and material estimator.
The preferred candidate would design wall panels to be cut on site with an easy frame inkjet layout saw.
The design platform could be negotiable to what the candidate prefers.
The candidate would also assist and be responsible for material take off and estimating.
Qualifications:
Ability to read complete construction plans and documents 3 years experience with design Extensive construction knowledge preferred Material estimating experience preferred Proficient technology skills in Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Planswift and Procore Excellent written and verbal skills
Responsibilities:
Component design- wall panel, Planswift Develop and maintain framing layout and construction schematics Material take offs for framing packages/estimates Work in office (not remote), would be wiling to help relocate for ideal candidate Job Type:
