Responsibilities:
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner.
Tracking the flow of products, tracking product dates, and analyzing inventory.
maintenance and developing protocols for loss mitigation.
Utilize warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory movements.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
Good organizational skill are necessary in order to take charge of organizing inventory data improving the efficiency of the data process.
Assure inventory is accurate.
Maintain cycle counts throughout the year to assure inventory is kept accurate.
Labeling all locations in all departments.
Make sure all product can scan UPC.
Make sure all new product have bar codes in system and locations are labeled, Support all departments with all information and process to help them achieve their daily task.
Monitor out of date product and process out of inventory.
Aid programmer and warehouse in getting data with unit of measure and configure storage areas.
Monitor all products in the warehouse to assure products are rotated and prevent products from going out of date.
Work with purchaser on new products, discontinued product and identifying products getting close to going out of date.
Work with programmer to ensure using program properly and utilizing the program.
Work with all department managers to assure they have all products and locations labeled and able to scan.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Some heavy lifting required.
