Responsibilities:
Create, review and triage support Tier (1-2) tickets on a timely basis.
Provide end-user desktop office support or in person visits.
Install and configure new Windows 10 computers, monitors and printers.
Assist with system administration tasks, including server upgrades, update patches, deployments, architecture review/ design and general best practices.
Assist with other projects and tasks as required.
Strong communication skills are required with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Coordinate with vendors to execute software and firmware upgrades.
Communicate with users, vendors, and IT in a professional manner.
Attend meetings as required and provides regular and accurate status information to project.
Use a service desk ticketing system to manage and prioritize tickets.
Build and repair laptops and desktops.
Set up new users and manage access.
Support Microsoft Office 365 (Email, One Drive, SharePoint, Teams) Support Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
) Hardware and software support for peripherals (docks, printers, scanners, monitors, various USB devices).
Provide remote support while not on location (VPN, remote control, etc.
) Perform adds, moves, and changes to include moving PC's, laptops, phones Windows 10 administration.
PC peripheral troubleshooting.
Strong customer service orientation.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Travel Required.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Degree preferred.
Clean MVR.
Clean Background.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
