Perform general cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping and dusting, Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly.
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Operate cleaning equipment, Floor Sweeper, to maintain floors.
Daily wiping down surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, etc.
).
Maintain the supplies and equipment needed for cleaning duties.
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
Maintain parking lots in good clean condition.
Operate floor machine.
Experience:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred.
Knowledge of floor care techniques.
Must be self-motivated.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning products and equipment.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
